The ultimate benefit of purchasing your garden furniture from Fenton Timber, is our door to door service. It is our primary aim to deliver fully assembled and weather treated furniture - directly into your garden; with our own transport. Aiming to acheive this to all area's of England and Wales is a huge undertaking - and during the spring/summer season can take up to 14days.

We appreciate time can sometimes be an issue - so we now offer two delivery options.

Fenton Timber Transport

  • Delivery of fully assembled furniture via our own transport and opperatives.

  • Delivery within 14 days, where possible - during the spring/summer season.

Delivery via Pallet Service

  • Delivery of Economy and Supreme Picnic Benches with some assembly required.

  • Next Day & Economy services available to most UK postcodes.

Delivery by Fenton Timber

If there are any issues regarding access to the area you wish the furniture to be placed, we should be notified of these prior to delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to premises whereby access is inadequate / dangerous or placement on site is of too greater distance from vehicular access. If access is via a building (ie. Goods need to be carried through a premises to access a garden) then the customer will be required to assist the delivery driver. If there are traffic issues (ie. double yellow lines/ red route) we should be notified before hand. Charges may be levied upon deliveries of low value within congestion charged zones, please contact us for confirmation.

Fenton Timber Transport

Please note we are a trade supplier and do not deliver to residential addresses, unless previously agreed. Minimum order quantity is 2 units. Delivery charges apply to business addresses within mainland England and Wales - and are not available all year round. Apologies, due to transportation costs we cannot deliver to Isle of White, Isle of Man or Scotland. Although, quantity orders to southern Scotland may be considered – please call us with details.

Delivery via Pallet Service

Please contact us for a quotation - prices vary upon your location, and the type of benches your require.

Payment

Payment must be made either in advance or on delivery. Payment methods accepted are all major credit/debit cards (AMEX incurs a 5% surcharge), business cheques or cash. Please note goods will not be left without payment.

Cancelled orders prior to confirmed delivery date can be cancelled without penalty. Cancelled orders following confirmed delivery date, will be subject to 20% restocking charge. Failed deliveries, once rebooked for delivery will be subject to a redelivery charge.

The workmanship of all our products is guaranteed against failure for 24months, within the limits of expected wear and tear.
